Blog Post (don't know what to call this one)

When disciplines get off line or off centered there can be serious repercussions. 
An old school saying from growing up under a Stetson goes like this..."A little hitch in the giddy up allows for a lot of wobble in the saddle"


It doesn't take much for instability to sneak it when things just aren't right.  


But the question is do you notice?


As leaders (leaders of a business, church, family, little league, etc) are you aware of when things are right and out of alignment?  Do you pause to try to stop the chaos before it turns into a tornado of damage?
Or as a leader how do you stop the chaos in your world?
How can we learn from each other in this?
