Hello Reverend

Well on Wednesday morning at 10:30am i was officially stamped with the title Reverend with our denomination. It was a 1.75hr interview that focussed on doctrinal questions and denominational policies.

Do i care about the title? NO

Do i appreciate the validation from friends? YES & NO

I understand the need for denominations to make sure that workers have a solid spiritual foundation and know where things stand with certain policies, but i also know that my validation for ministry has been confirmed long before this interview.

I am glad that the interview is over and I appreciate what this moment in my ministry career is and look forward to all the hazing my students will give me over this milestone.
