Leadership

I have been contemplating leadership & what healthy leadership is

Here are my thoughts & i would love to know yours...

Healthy Leadership is...

- when you listen more than you talk
- you care about the little things so the other leaders around you feel taken care of
- you set the example in everything you do
- you love Jesus (not the cheesy luv luv feeling love)
- you love others
- your heart wants to see authentic relationships build the kingdom of God here & now
- you want to learn in all things & from all things
- your willing to listen & look forward to some next steps in life
- you care about those that help you
- you don't think highly of yourself
- you know your strengths
- you put people that are strong in areas you are weak around you
- your open to change
