Quotes That have hit me

My Senior Pastor (John) has been hitting this quote relentlessly since being here "the type of church we want to be is one that will attract 20, 30 & 40 years olds. And 50, 60, 70, 80 years olds who want to attract 20, 30 , 40 year olds."

it really has been encouraging that for our ministry here we want to allow those older to leave a legacy in the life of the younger generations. This has huge implications (in a positive way) for our youth ministry. Because as people understand this way of life, it means they will be willing to love on studentss!!!

There is much more about this conversation going on & almost daily, but it has been very encouraging that we want to reach those who aren't being reached in most church settings.
