Why teams work

So it has been a while since i have posted due to the pure desire to only be in front of a computer when i have to be getting ready for our LIFE2007.org conference, prepping a fireworks booth, our Jr High Summer camp IMMEDIATELY following the Life 2007 conference and then our family vacation.

In the midst of all that needs to be done with flights, travel, driving, food, money accounts and everything in between i have been so reminded why having a team of people around you that you can trust and know will get things done is so critical. In the midst of how busy i have been i know that what i have entrusted them with has been handeled with care, trust and integrity. It really does make a huge difference.

I believe that the reason this team has been so key is the external relationships i have with them. We care for each other outside of the office and we enjoy life together.
