This Breaks My Heart

We sometimes view the most horrific life situations to be in far off places, 3rd world countries where survival forces people to do unimaginable things.

Like child trafficking. Child trafficking has become the 2nd biggest revenue creator of all illegal trafficking (still behind illegal arms dealing). It is all over Asia, parts of Africa, Europe, Mexico, South America and even here in the U.S.

So as followers of Christ should we not step up to the plate to address these atrocities? Should we not wisely spend our monies that are so free for us to have to help the broken, poor and captives?

We say yes but here is my observation. So many followers of Christ believe in doing a lot of good, but their actions show they don't care. A quote "you can believe in something without caring about it, but you can never care about anything without believing in it"

We need to do more caring and stop just believing something should be done.

Here is a story about how close to home this really is
