Ok so since easter sunday i have had some awesome youth pastor moments as well...
Baptized 3 students easter sunday
Had a couple Jr high guys show up on monday (they had no school) to clean...nope they weren't asked
Chalk-talked (ran through football plays) with a kid i am coaching in the off season (he will be a varsity stud as a sophmore)
Watching my interns love youth ministry more every day

I noticed that you "chalk talked" with a student you are coaching. I am new to your blog, what position do you coach? I am a youth pastor of 20 years and a line coach at the local High school as well. I would be interested in how things are going as you both do ministry and coach. I have found it to be a good thing for ministry as well as enjoyable.
